László Horváth, Honorary Consul of Kazakhstan, participated in the commemoration of the 80th anniversary of the birth of the turkologist dr. István Kongur Mándoky. The event took place in Karcag, the linguist s hometown, and was organised by the Karcag Municipality, the Kuns Association and the Györffy István Nagykun Museum. Mr Horváth gave a welcome speech after the wreath-laying ceremony.
