MÁV-REC Kft., on behalf of Rail Cargo Hungaria, investigates, handles and suppresses counterfeiting in Hungary and Romania. On 14 October 2020, NAV and MÁV-REC Kft. carried out a successful operation in Hernád, Pest country. The successful campaign was preceded by three weeks of preparatory work, in which the employees of MÁV-REC Kft. also participated. The forgery took place in a hidden out-of-town hall, where repair tools, raw materials, baking tools, and large quantities of pallets were seized.
MÁV-REC Kft., together with NAV, will organize several further actions this year in order to reduce counterfeiting.
