On 25 February 2019, the Kazakh Kizilorda Chamber Orchestra held a concert entitled „Sounds of the Turkish World”. The event was organized by the Yunus Emre Institute. The mission of Yunus Emre Institute is to present Turkey’s outstanding and rich culture at international level. On the evening before the event, László Horváth Honorary Consul of Kazakhstan gave a dinner to the organizers, performers and guests of the concert at the Széchenyi Kertvendéglő. Among the distinguished guests Nurbakh Rustemov, Ambassador of Kazakhstan, Dr. Vilayat M. Guliyev, Ambassador of Azerbaijan, Ahmet Akif Oktay, Ambassador of Turkey, Chairman of the Foundation were present. László Horváth received a memorial plate from Mr. Yerzhan Abdrakhmanov, head of the orchestra’s creative team as a symbol of his appreciation of László Horváth’s efforts in building the economic, commercial and cultural relations between the two countries. Afterwards, guests could enjoy some of the songs of the orchestra as an expression of their gratitude for the invitation.
